300 Push Ups

*35 min Runnig Clock, at the beginning of every 7 min, complete

40 Alternating DB Box Step Ups 24/20 (with one 1 DB 50/35lbs)

40 Power Snatch 75/55

then chip away at the push ups in the remaining time left in the 7 min

*only one person can work at a time.

Workout ends when all 300 push ups are completed or when 35 min time cap is reached.
