« The Card Game »

For time:

Diamonds = Power Cleans 95/65

Spades = Burpees

Hearts = SDHP 95/65

Clubs = V-Ups

*Shuffle a deck of Cards and place it face down. Draw the top card and do the exercersis assigned to the symbol. The number of reps is equal to the number on the card.

Jack = 11 reps

Queen = 12 reps

King = 13 reps

Joker = 10 Reps of each exercise
