20 min AMRAP:

35 Double-Unders

7 Power Cleans 135/95

7 Burpees

Then 10 min to Establish

1RM Squat Clean (combine weight for the team)

*Partner 1 will complete odd Rounds and Partner 2 will complete even Rounds in the 20 min AMRAP.

*For the 1 rep max Squat Clean, partners can attempt as many time as they want within that 10 min.

Only one bar can be used.
